Donovan Sylvester Martin is the director of a registered charity, “Mission Go Caribbean”, through which he connects and works with missionaries throughout the region and internationally. He has over 38 years of experience in this field, he is very passionate about evangelism and missions and seeing the lives of individuals transformed as they discover their God-given purpose.

Donovan is an ordained pastor at Restoration Ministries International Barbados, where he has been serving in ministry for the past 21 years.

Known for his dynamic practical teaching styles, Pastor Martin brings the word of God to life through illustrative teaching techniques. He is a strong believer in building godly relationships.

Through Pastor Martin’s life experiences on the mission field, he is constantly seeking ways to achieve the ultimate goal, which is to fulfill the great commission of Matthew 28:16-20. He is determined to go into all the world and share the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He has travelled extensively throughout the region and internationally and always speaks of one of his most impactful missions in Fiji, where God used him mightily to demonstrate the love of Christ through his life.

He has been married to Pastor Lisa Martin for the past twenty-one years and has three biological children and one adopted teen, Samantha, Ayoka, Adante and Brittany. Pastor Donovan is a loving husband and father and is loved by his community. He has been an advocate within his community for strong families, and has a true humanitarian heart.
